The Sparrow

Rereading my all time favorite book and it’s even better than I remember. Beautiful writing, lovable characters, twisty plot. It delves into linguistics, culture, and theology in a way that I only partially understood in my first reading as a Christian and which means even more to me now as an agnostic. Somehow even though it’s a tragedy it feels like a hug.
